Immerse

Some among us swim oblivious
Movement, motion
Fastidious in notion to notice naught
No bliss sought in quarters thought
long lost
Waters once taught we ought not cross
Rip and ripple in equitable spread
Nibble and nip on inevitable dead
interred uninterrupted under ruptured seabed

See self soaked, he said
Breathe well, folks so easily led

Others suffer sentient smothering
Seeing such seas
Sentinel suffering storms
Buffering forms of waves
Rougher in morning
the mourning we wave farewell
Not see, but be sea
Be saved
Be well
